Doug Horstman is now entering his 20th season in the Travel, Meeting and Hospitality Industry. In 1992, he joined Any Mountain Tours and quickly became the leading revenue producer for the company with nearly $15 million in annual sales. In 1999, Doug joined an industry colleague to form Alpine Group Consultants. By 2004, Horstman broadened his market base expanding into meeting and event management as sole proprietor of Encompasse Tours, LLC.

Mr. Horstman has been quoted by Smart Money Magazine and the Wall Street Journal. He was also featured on the cover of Ski Industry Magazine early in his career and has lectured at industry symposiums. Horstman, a 1992 graduate of Virginia Tech, is an avid skier and resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and two daughters.

Sandra Danzig

Sandra joined Encompasse Tours in 2008. Danzig graduated Summa Cum Laude from both George Washington's undergraduate and international business MBA program. Sandra has lived in England and Egypt, is multilingual and works as Director of Corporate Sales. Sandra provides on site management for Encompasse in the United States and abroad.
