Doug Horstman is an industry veteran who turned his love for skiing and travel into a multi-million-dollar business. A 1992 Virginia Tech graduate, Doug started work at Any Mountain Tours, developing a portfolio of clients that quickly placed him among the top sales agents in the company. By the early 2000’s, he left to launch Encompasse Tours. With more than three decades of expertise, Horstman now leads one of the most successful independently owned businesses in the US Ski Travel marketplace. He has spoken at industry symposiums and offered comment to the Wall Street Journal, ski industry magazines, and the like. Doug lives in Ashburn, VA with his wife and two daughters.
